The State Institution “Project Implementation Unit for Access to Green and Rural Development Finance” under Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan (PIU MOF) announces that within the framework of the project “Improvement of Water Resources Management in Khatlon Region Project” No. TJK-1013, Part B” Competition “Access to Islamic finance” between credit specialists of credit and financial institutions participating in the implementation of the financing line, including Tawhidbank JSC, Islamic banking window of Humo JSC MDO, Islamic banking window of ImonMLF ASR Leasing LLC”
The winners of the competition will determined by two nominations, the total amount of projects financed and the quantity of projects financed; each nomination has three prizes. The winner of thefirst place will be awarded cash in the amount of 10,000 somoni, the second place – 7,000 somoni and the third place – 5,000 somoni. 80% of the prize fund for each prize in the competition will be provided to credit specialists working directly with clients (front office), and 20% to external employees (back office). Each credit institution determines the distribution of bonuses to related employees of front and back officesas necessary. The competition will take into accountfinancing agro projects from the period starting from01.01.2024 to 03.15.2024 and will include only the funds provided by the Ministry of Finance.
The winners of the contest will be determined and awarded before the international holiday Navruz, and all credit specialists involved in the project will be invited to the award ceremony, which will take place on March 18, 2024 in the building of the Ministry of Finance.
