Privacy policy — ASR Leasing

1. General Provisions

This Personal Data Processing Policy has been drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Personal Data” and defines the procedure for processing personal data and the measures for ensuring the security of personal data at LLC “Asr Leasing” (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

1.1. The Operator considers it its most important goal and a condition of its activities to observe the rights and freedoms of individuals and citizens when processing their personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy and to personal and family confidentiality.

1.2. This Operator’s Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website https://asrleasing.tj and users of the “ASR” mobile application.

2. Key Terms Used in the Policy

2.1. Automated processing of personal data – processing of personal data by means of computer technology;

2.2. Blocking of personal data – temporary suspension of the processing of personal data (except where processing is necessary to clarify the personal data);

2.3. Website – a set of graphic and informational materials, as well as software for processing databases, ensuring their availability on the Internet at https://asrleasing.tj;

2.4. Personal data information system – a set of personal data contained in databases, together with the information technologies and technical means that ensure their processing;

2.5. Depersonalization of personal data – actions as a result of which it is impossible, without the use of additional information, to determine whether personal data belong to a specific User or other data subject;

2.6. Processing of personal data – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with personal data, with or without the use of automation tools, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (dissemination, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data;

2.7. Operator – a state body, municipal body, legal entity or individual that, independently or jointly with others, organizes and/or carries out the processing of personal data, and determines the purposes of processing, the composition of the personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed with the personal data;

2.8. Personal data – any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable User of the website https://asrleasing.tj and the “ASR” mobile application;

2.9. User – any visitor to the website https://asrleasing.tj and the “ASR” mobile application;

2.10. Provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons;

2.11. Dissemination of personal data – any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite group of persons (transfer of personal data) or at making personal data available to an unlimited group of persons, including publication in the mass media, posting in information and telecommunication networks, or providing access to personal data in any other way;

2.12. Destruction of personal data – any actions as a result of which personal data are irretrievably destroyed, making it impossible to restore the content of the personal data in the personal data information system, and/or as a result of which the physical media containing personal data are destroyed.

3. The Operator May Process the Following Personal Data of the User

3.1. Full name;
3.2. Date of birth;
3.3. Occupation;
3.4. Marital status;
3.5. Email address;
3.6. Telephone numbers;
3.7. The website also collects and processes depersonalized data about visitors (including cookies) using Internet statistics services (Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics, and others).
3.8. The data listed above are collectively referred to in this Policy as Personal Data.

4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

4.1. The purpose of processing the User’s personal data is to inform the User by sending SMS and push notifications; to provide the User with access to the services, information and/or materials contained on the website; and to provide feedback in response to a request.

4.2. The Operator also has the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers, and various events. The User may opt out of receiving informational messages at any time by sending a request to the company through any official communication channel marked “Opt-out of notifications about new products and services and special offers.”

4.3. Depersonalized User data collected through Internet statistics services is used to gather information about Users’ actions on the website and to improve the quality of the website and its content.

5. Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data

5.1. The Operator processes the User’s personal data only if the User has filled it in and/or submitted it independently through the special questionnaires/forms located on the website https://asrleasing.tj and in the “ASR” mobile application. By filling in the relevant questionnaires/forms and/or sending their personal data to the Operator, the User expresses their consent to this Policy.

5.2. The Operator processes depersonalized data about the User if this is permitted in the User’s browser settings (saving of cookies is enabled).

6. Procedure for Collection, Storage, Transfer, and Other Types of Processing of Personal Data

The security of the personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of the legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of applicable legislation in the field of personal data protection.

6.1. The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent access to personal data by unauthorized persons.

6.2. The User’s personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to compliance with applicable legislation.

6.3. If inaccuracies are identified in the personal data, the User may update them independently by sending a notification to the Operator through any official communication channel marked “Update of personal data.”

6.4. The period of personal data processing is unlimited. The User may withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a notification to the Operator through any official communication channel marked “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data.”

7. Final Provisions

7.1. The User may obtain any clarification on questions concerning the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator through any official communication channel.

7.2. This document will reflect any changes to the Operator’s personal data processing policy. The Policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.

7.3. The current version of the Policy is freely available on the Internet at https://asrleasing.tj.

8. Changes to the Policy

8.1. We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of changes via the “ASR” mobile application, SMS notification, or email.
