“ASR Leasing” LLC is one of the largest and fastest growing leasing companies in the Republic of Tajikistan. The company was founded on 23 January 2013 by the Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector (ICD), the private arm of the Islamic Development Bank, a group of local and foreign investors witha charter capital of 3mln US dollars.Later the ownership structure changed when thee quity stake of local and foreign investors was purchased by Eurasia Group AG.And currently, the shareholding structure consists of the Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector (ICD) and Eurasia Group AG. The main service offered by the company is financial leasing or Ijara. The primary purpose of the company’s activities is to support small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and to contribute to the economic growth of the Republic of Tajikistan by providing alternative sources of financing for procurement of equipment and machinery. The priority is given to small and medium enterprises as the main driving force of any economy and to projects that stimulate sustainable economic growth and increase domestic manufacturing of products and services.
